Information we store

The content you create (tasks, sticky notes, quick links, boards and columns, Hub documents and files, categories and tags) and your app preferences. When you sign in we also store your profile (email, name, avatar) and your Premium plan and status.

What stays on your device

Your web-search queries and recently visited sites never leave your browser, and a Todoist API token, if you connect one, is stored locally and never sent to our servers.

Payments

Payments are sold and processed by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Yearly plans may also be paid through PayPal, or through Razorpay for customers in India. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell or rent your personal data and we show no ads. We share it only with the providers needed to run Organizer: Supabase and Vercel (hosting), Google and GitHub sign-in, optional integrations (Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Google Tasks, Todoist, Notion, GitHub), and the payment providers above.
